Alliedassault - View Single Post - Can I upgrade to MOH:AA 1.11 without loosing my saves?

I'm running the version that came on the retail CD, I'm not quite done with the single player game yet, but I want to upgrade to v 1.11. But it says I'll loose my game saves. Is there a way I can upgrade without losing them? How?
