Why not get PAKSCAPE and make your own pk3 file? Basicly you put all your "extras" into 1 pk3 file and then when you don't want to use it just move it outside the MAIN folder.. its removed. i've done that for my gaming also. It works. and is easy.. just have to quit the game and come back but then its all fixed.

PAKSCAPE is the answer my friend.
