If you are using the Quick Time player or Windows Media player than it’s easy. Play the video you want to grab a screenshot from, and stop it when you reach your favorite image.
Press “Print Screen” and past it in your favorite paint program. I prefer Adobe Photoshop but PaintBrush will do. Finally upload the image to the net as described in intrestedriver’s reply.
