Yah, but that is all good and all, but one some kid gets killed by a drunk driver, or some stoned dude. Then it isn't such a joke. If everyone did drugs in the comfort of their own home, and there was a way to make sure they never drove afterwards. Then yes, legalizing would be a smart move. Force gangs to go bankrupt, and drug dealers wouldn't be shooting guns at things and hitting children with stray bullets like in that commercial... you know.
