dude what kind of dumbass whore of a judge are you talking about harassment? For one do you know the time you would get for it.. None!! instant probation and restraining order. Two since they are not talking to you and actually harassing you (eg calling your work place all the time) its not harassment. Hell thats like if you called me a cheater and i sued you for slander.. its pathetic.

Dos hacking is completely different from hacking a game server and thus the case you mention has no relevence. It was made in 1999 when that was what they were cracking down on because of the fact of the governments lower undertsanding of the technology.

And reading law books? fuck get a life. I have been to law libraries (one time it was during a case to look up my rights as a defendant) and belive me they arent tiny books. If you have been reading these books then who is doing your fucking day job? Not to mention the amount of money you would get, (basicly none since you are saying you are filing criminal not civil) is so tiny that you waste the courts time and prison space for some tiny hackers.

Hell all they are doing is crashing it.. If they actually went in and screwed up the system then it might be worth it but just crashing? Boo fuckin HOOOOO..

oh and I should mention that since there would be alot of international hackers most of your attempts wouldnt work out because of international laws. give it up and go back to your day job and back to paying your taxes.
