im a server admin. i run auto kick on my server. the proper way to set up autokick is have it check for high ping on the third pass. also set to NOT check a player on the first pass. what that means is when you enter a game your ping will be high. it takes a few seconds for it to settle down. some will settle quicker then others depending on your connection and computer. some jackass downloads autokick. fires it up without really checking options and finding out how it really works. sets the ping at 150 or 200. you come into a his game. before your ping has time to settle down your kicked. its not you.JUST BECAUSE YOU RUN A SERVER. THAT DONT MAKE YOU A SERVER ADMIN...my advice to you is find a server you enjoy and become a regular there. stop by my server some night. it runs every evining..there your answer...BUTCHER
