It's a mod you have to install.

The most used ones are [url=http://www.alliedassault.com/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=116:cb5f8]CKR[/url:cb5f8] (there's a more recent version available on [url=http://www.modtheater.com/pafiledb.php?action=category&id=13:cb5f8]The Modding Theatre[/url:cb5f8]) and [url=http://www.alliedassault.com/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=371:cb5f8]CPR[/url:cb5f8]. I would recommend the [CIT] Realism mod (it's named [url=http://www.alliedassault.com/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=2150:cb5f8]"Fox's Realism"[/url:cb5f8] here on aa.com) (it's mine) biggrin:
