Depends on what you mean by "more real." If you mean something that makes SP more real, then I honestly don't know. If what you mean is MP realism for your server, then there's a bunch out there - just check the downloads section under gameplay mods. If you're looking for gore like hitpuff and blood mods, then again I suggest you check the download section.
