The petition may or may not have any effect, but it won't matter much.

As of two days ago, the webhosts for three sites, including TeamGod's, have been formally notified of proliferation of illegal information (Denial of Service attacks) through their sites.

Legally, I have to wait 10 business days for a reply with intent to act. So, if by Wednesday, January 15th, I've received no reply, I'll be sending out intent to file criminal charges and contacting the authorities in three countries to establish court dates. Germany and Canada both allow for the trying of their citizens for internet crimes based on laws in the United States if the laws broken directly or indirectly effect citizens of the United States.

So, very soon we'll see.
