Thanks for your interest, and if this goes to civil courts, our legal counsel will definitely be seeking class-action suits from anyone with proof.

However, I'm not doing this just to fatten my wallet. Which is why we're seeking criminal charges first. I want this to stop, not to make cash. Because of the nature of our charges, your evidence would be inadmissable. We've had to go through the FCC to make sure our's will be.

On a side note, if anyone else would like to initiate a class-action lawsuit, please feel free to do so if you feel you have the evidence necessary to win. My counsel and I simply don't have the resources to do both at once.
