I play realism all the time and I dont hink its any more retarded than stock.

With stock MOHAA everyone is running around with shotties, because it kills quickly...in realism everyone runs around with machine guns because it kills quickly. Not much of a difference in my eyes.

"Realism" only refers to the bullet tollerance one has before kicking the bucket...In "real" war I dont think it would take 5 or more bullets to kill someone...hence the "realism mod". It soups up the weapons in an effort to create a more life-like death pattern.

It really just boils down to what kind of melees one prefers and I dont think it takes any more/less skill to play one or the other.
