One of our clan members developed the Ares5 realism mod which is pretty much a one shot one kill mod, depending on where you place the shot and has accuracy added in for each weapon realitive to distance....Only problem is it also has a built in recoil that forces you to either readjust your aim after you shoot or use short controlled bursts, which most people are either too lazy to learn to deal with or get too frustrated. Yah I'm kinda biased, but so far its one of the more realistic mods I've played.
