Alliedassault - View Single Post - How do I get the Command console up during gameplay?

Dammit!!! I have the set developer...ect in the shortcut string and the console comes up great in the MENU!!!! I cannot get it to come up during gameplay....how do I do this??????ANYONE??????????????
