Its absurd that you think you can touch anyone for doing something to you in a game. I will sue you for killing me in a game because it hurt my feelings to the point that i became depressed. This will go no where. Its almost as ridiculous as the cases we read about in stories. (Lets sue mcdonalds for making their coffee hot)
