As far as getting money, that isn't my goal. Otherwise I'd be pursuing civil charges from the start. If anything, I'll end up losing money to press criminal charges.

As for them switching hosts, all we have to do is continue to inform their new hosts of the actions taken by the old host. Most will immediately terminate the service.
