I have the MX400 and its a pretty solid card for what its worth.

My settings:
Res: 1024x768
Text Detail: Medium
Effects: High
Models: Higher
Shadows: Simple
Curve: Medium

Basically everything on Medium and I get anywhere from 15 to 180 FPS.
