Dogmeats guide is very good at giving you the info to open your ports.

personally I am not familiar with your router. Most routers just block incoming traffic. This is fine if your just playing MP. The connection and ports are being initiated from behind the router thus should work without opening any ports.

some routers block both incoming and outgoing ports. thus you need to open the outgoing ports as well. Use dogmeats guide to open the correct ports.

If your trying to host a game from behind your router, then make sure both outgoing and incoming ports are open/forwarded.

Your best bet is to find a message board for your router. I bet you will get a better answer with someone familiar with your router.
