And to weigh into the Great Britain vs United States arguement, i'd like to quote part of an interview once had with the great John Cleese. I should firstly prefix this with two things. Firstly, the interviewer is American. Secondly, the interview was done while Clinton was still President.
<Interviewer>In comparison to the United States, what's so "Great" about Great Britain?
<Cleese>Well firstly, we speak English. Secondly, when we hold a "World" sporting competition, we invite other countries to participate, and thirdly, when we greet our head of state, we only have to go down on one knee...
