have you patched your game to 1.11 as this might be the cause.

i think his problem is he can't access the multiplayer options not that he wants to bypass the loading or jump staright to a map.

patch your game to the latest one from the ea games site.

and if that does not work i think it's a reinstall for you unfortunately
