Nah, I couldn't think of another solution, as this one always worked for myself.

Could not open OpenGL SubSystem = either bad/corrupt OpenGL drivers, or the files are (like Rude said) the ones that shipped with the OS. XP has this as their biggest issue. Just upgrade, and let us know how it turned out.
