Cable or DSL ??? -

Which one do you guys have ?I got ATT Bradband and it sucks once I was without service for 2weeks.Sometimes I have to unplug my modem then plug back to work.
I've got a good deal from Verizon,I just don't know how good that will be against cable.
Help me please
