Sounds like you are getting some instability under load. I would monitor your temps. Hopefully your motherboard supports it. Did you buy a retail processor/fan combo or did you put your old heatsink/fan combo on the new processor. Cooling is extremely important. I just found out that my intake case fan is mounted against a solid wall. Not good for the overclocking I am working on. So far I have an xp2200 up to 1.919 ghz - ~xp2400 speed. With better airflow, I will be able to crank it up a good bit more (without crazy fan noise). Time to break out some power tools and drill some holes. evil:
