Actually, those are the cheap ones. Good shotguns start around $500 and you can pay thousands for really good ones.

Good auto loaders go for $700-1200 and nice over/unders start around $700 and can get as expensive as you like. A nice bronwig O/U is probably 1500-2500, depending on how nice you want it. In two years, I woud rather have that $1500 gun, than a two year old $1500 pc. An M-60 would be kind of cool, but what do you do with it.
