For one, you lay off the emoticon-spamming...

Then, you either:

1. Get Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, or some similar graphics package and make one yourself.

2. You send someone a PM and they'll make one for you. There are lots of great graphic designers around these parts, I hear... biggrin:
