Again, you are right, if they would just enforce the existing van laws we wouldnt have this problem. No reason to punish law abiding van owners for the crimes of the statistically insignificant few. I have a dozen vans at my house and I can tell, they are just waiting for the right moment to kill someone, the sneaky bastards.
