hey does anyone know twl or ogl rules exactly on minor mods...things like:

Blood mod
Crosshair (laser dot)
Compass with a picture on it
gun skins to make them look antique
Skins to make you look like your wearing gloves (hee hee)
Smaller text
smaller health meter

Are any of these concidered illigal? oOo:
