Here's some additional info.

Select
All - Selects the entire canvas area.
Deselect - Deselects anything that is selected.
Reselect - Reverses the Deselect.
Inverse - Switches the selection. Anything that is selected will not be, and anything not selected will be.

And yes, it should be a sticky.
