He's wrong anyway. The US pays a lot of money to oil producing countries,,, Now if he want to complain about how we waste the oil we get. He might have a leg to stand on. As for stealing money I don't think so or we wouldn't have a constant tread deficet. And It can't be Jaizen, he would have been just a little more eloquent.
