1) Backup everything, obviously

2) insert the W2K CD, and reboot.

3) Access BIOS and change the boot order so that CD-ROM is read 1st, HD 2nd, Floppy 3rd (Any others put after floppy), reboot

4) The disc should load. From there, choose to make a new install of W2K

5) It will ask you what partition you want to install on. If you have more than 1 partition, delete the others, as W2K should be in NTFS format, not FAT32 like WinME. (NTFS is better & faster)

6) Once all partitions are gone, install W2K on the default C:/. Choose to format the drive, then it will install the OS.

7) Once finished, change the boot order back to Floppy 1st, CD 2nd, HD 3rd (Or whatever it was prior to you changing it)
