Dude your a dumbass he is making a realism mod... Making it client-side takes more than putting it in your main folder...
1) Inside the .tik look for firedelay maybe... I'll look into it more this afternoon.
2) I searched in the pak files but I couldn't find anything that might have the fall damage. I'll keep looking though.
