I know what youre talking about, but unfortunately fire delay is the time it takes to shoot again (im sure you know that in CKR, the rockets take a while to shoot again).

Hmm, i havent found anything in the pak files, or in any current realism mods that i could disect to find out. Thank you for your time though, sir.
