this is obviously fake. the guy put a cat in a bottle and took a picture and that's it, no cat can live in a box and crap directly into that tube and it's impossible that the cat will turn into the shape of the box.

and it said that it's popular in china and NEW YORK would'nt we hear about those bonsai cats years ago if they were so popular?
