Click file, export timeline, advanced windows media. Then from here select either one of these.
Video for broadband ntsc (384kbps)
Video for broadband ntsc (768kbps)
Video for broadband ntsc (1500kbps)
Then tell it where to save to and it'll export it as an wmv file which is what i use for all my vids. Just click the "..." tab in destination give ita filename and hit save and it'll start compiling the video.
