Someone said it was un-uninstallable. Dunno if this is true, but I know it's not in Add/Remove Programs. Maybe if you try to install DX8.1?[/quote:9ae3b]
Its not impossible though. Do a search in Google for "dx9 uninstall".
There is I think an app that will totally allow you to do this
