WWI: The Lost Battalion. i dont think there are too many WWI movies but if there were id still think this was the best.

WWII: BOB and SPR, u cant go wrong with Hanks/Speilberg. The Battle of the Bulge. Uprising was on NBC in Nov of 2001 for two nights, best Holocaust movie period. if u havent herd about this go to amazon and type it in, All-Star Ccast too.

Vietnam: We Were Soldiers. Mel Gibson Ya Cmon.

Civil: Glory. Cary Elwes, Denzel, Freeman were brilliant.

Revolutionary: The Patriot. Mel Gibson Ya Cmon.

Misc: Braveheart. Probably one of the top 10 best movies of all time with the first two Godfathers and Back To The Future biggrin: oh and Mel Gibson Ya Cmon

The worst war movie i have ever seen was HBO's When Trumpets Fade. i thought it was just horrible in describing war. everyone was fuckin pissed at each other fire2: M16: it just didnt make any sense.
