If I were you I would uninstall mohaa and clean your registry of all mohaa references and start over one step at a time... ed:

Install mohaa then install spearhead and let spearhead upgrade the mohaa, then install the new spearhead patch... eek:

After that you should be good to go... then you can test it and then add any mods and skins you are using... I know that seems excessive but this game is easily corupted and a new clean start in the proper loading sequence should produce the desired results that you seek.... oOo:
