Don't put any mods / maps / skins in the /mainta folder. All should go into the /main folder.

Like Cowboy said, but you need to add your rcon password ie:
rcon rcon_password map obj/obj_omaha_sh_2

If you find your having sound issues, it's because you have maps in the mainta folder.
