Joe, in my opinion, you've done a great job around here. However I do see the beef that some people have with you. I think in the past few weeks you've gotten better. I also think some people were used to many liberties that they frankly shouldn't have had. When someone starts to enforce the rules after a period of time without rules, its hard to deal with. At the same time, you've got to leave your personal feelings and comments out as much as possible.
