Two things:

1) S. France always loads first because you have it as the selected map. Type in a different map in that field.

2) Make sure that you press backspace to clear any info that migt be "Hiding" in the Map Rotation field. Then, add it as you had it. Make sure that is the name for the maps under maplist in the console.
