I clicked the auto-config and this window popped up:

Medal of Honor with be optimally configured for a PC of the following specifications:

System Mem. Range: 512 mb

CPU:1797 mhz

VideoCard Type:NVidia GeForce

Videocard Driver:NVidia GeForce4 Ti

Video Mem. Range:64mb
