1) I doubt it. I don't have any data on how a GeForce2/3 perform on a K6-2, but I'm not keen to find out from a disappointing fellow MohAA forum guy either
2) Still, it won't improve your computer's overall performance (cept photoshop, if you use it at all). A new CPU/mobo will.
