Why are'nt they allowed to Dahg Rastubfari? Well because about 40 some years ago they tried to take over their southern brother and did not succed yet the war did not officially end, there was only an armistice which exists today, so we and the U.N. dont want them to use nukes against S. Korea or anyone else. They dont want them for defense, they want them for extortion, to get money, and food, and other essentials which they wont try and get themselves because they only spend money on the military.
