Anyways, you guys are getting some pretty horrible pings for DSL. You all pay like $40-50 a month? I have Earthlink dail-up, and my ping is usually around 150-275.

To the original poster, lots of people are good 56K players. I'm not so bad myself.

I'm getting cable in a week. To tell you the truth, I don't know how much the ping makes a difference, because I've never played the game on a very low ping before. But, I do know that if you're on 56K, it will be much harder for you to use like the typical "single-shot" weapons, like the sniper rifle or the normal rifles. I'm not saying it will be impossible, but just harder. On "bullet sprayers" like the MG and the SMG, it shouldn't make that big of a deal.

I'll reply again once I get cable. Then we'll be able to see... evil:
