That's what I said, I wanted a park. But it dosen't look like I'm going to get my way. I HATE the fact they are making the buildings again. The entire area, from West End Street to 3rd Ave, from Vesey Street to Chambers (about 3 Aves by 5 streets) should be a park.[/quote:439f9]
One thing the designers were adamant about was that a memorial will be part of the new structure to commemorate 9/11 and all of the victims. That is still going to happen.
