Well, I promised I'd let everyone know when I got my refund. So, let's see, we had a server set up in Dec. Your sales manager who set the account up for us quit the very same night and all support completely disappeared. So you had a restructuring 2 weeks after we signed up, all the while ignoring our complaints about NO SUPPORT and/or service. This is why we wanted a refund. I threatened to file a complaint with the BBB and you didn't listen, so I did. After filing with the BBB, to which you should have only made contact with me through them, you still did not respond. Your new sales manager didn't even have our account info.
Now, you're holding a $1000 contest for Medal of Honor clans, the money of which can only be provided by the gaming leagues themselves as I seriously doubt a backyard company such as WZG could come up with that money themselves. This is obviously just a mere promotional plea to the biggest portion of the MOH community to hopefully revive your already hurting reputation (we have other people who had servers with you that were completely support-less and only provided service to 1/4 of their users). When we began to see your painfully obvious plea for free advertisement (this is when you really know a forum is dying - when cheesy companies have to spam it with their horrible advertisements), we let the community at large to beware of your devious ways. And this, finally, is what it took for you to realise that you screwed us and we weren't standing for it.
Soooo... Yes, they did finally refund our money. Oh, and did we mention that they had this server running ever since and tried to put it off as if we had some sort of trade agreement? When I replied that I had never heard of this and would like to know the details, I simply received a notice that PayPal was $100 richer.
It's a shame that it only took 3 months, a complaint to the BBB, voting your company down on MOHadmin (yes, I put the AAN community up to that as they were as pissed as I about the service) and finally telling the whole world that your promises are little more than pipe dreams for a bunch of under age kids. Such a shame that you couldn't realise the the first rule in business is to treat your customers right. Word of mouth, for future reference my man is, afterall, the best form of advertisement. You not only pissed off me and one clan, but an entire community that continues to grow daily and has just expanded it's horizons. Too bad you didn't know that was coming, you might have provided some better support...
And before you freak out that I went back on my word to give you props when I received the refund, let me just simply point out that I said I would set the record straight, and I did.
To all the mods, I'm sorry that I tore this thread from it's tracks and also apologize on behalf of the AAN community for everyone who also contributed to that. You can rest assured that I have no intention of continuing this conversation past this point as I did exactly what I set out to do and that was spread the cheer that is the truth.
