the SVT Carbine Rifle, its a model of the sniper rifle.

ERG i have to restart those models, I had to reformat my computer cuz of errors in system and I forgot to upload my WIP files ERG!#!#!$!$%

Well it wont take to long I hope, but I have other things I gotta do also so....
