Yes the 42.XX drivers are still BETA, try not to use them, along with DirectX 9! Stick with 41.09 for now from http://www.nvidia.com

I also suggest you take out any custom mods/skins/maps that you may have in your MOH\Main directory.

If all else fails, try reinstalling:
