Bench: Used to be 250 before I injured my back playing football: now I'm somewhere at 210-215 cry:
Squat: 275 per 5 reps: I don't know what I do now with my screwed up back
Leg Press: Dunno, never really do that. Somewhere around 550 probably.
I'm thinking about taking some steriods. Not Andro or Creatine, but real roids. I know its probably not good, but I wanna get up to about 230 lbs. I can't do that without the juice. But I've never really taken anything before so I'm not sure...
