probably, and since America is "the land of the lawsuit" the mall would be held responsible is someone got hurt because a fight broke out.
I'm sure that if it was a pro-war shirt the person would have been kicked out too.
With all this liability and political correctness bullshit we'll probably have to wear jeans and plain white shirts to the mall not to offend anyone
