Yes, kinda. I have my own set of cheats, a pack with no-recoil-hack and neon skins which are visible through walls. Sometimes when I seriously suspect someone, I leave the server, put the .pk3 in my MoHAA folder and join again using a different nick. Then I go spectator and check out the suspicious guy. So you can see what he sees. That is, if he is using wallhack. Unless he is a real experienced cheater it is VERY easy to tell if he can see through walls. Even with an experienced cheater you can tell, but it may take some time. Eventually he will give himself away.
I don't do this on a regular basis, because playing is about fun and not about catching cheaters. It's merely a trick to take my frustration about losing away...
